Students are offered to participate in extra curricular activities, these are optional and generally take place after school or at weekend.

Extra curricular activities include. Sport teams, Volleyball, basketball and Football. Students play other International schools. Language classes are arranged in the premises. Language classes are sponsored by Parents or consulates. These classes are generally intended to help Native speakers continue with their 1st Language learning.

MEFIS, also has an indoor swimming pool which is available to Parents and Students outside of school hours.
